角地に建つ集合住宅。天空率を活用し、高さ方向に余裕をもたせ、角地ならではの環境の良さを活かす計画とした。又、外壁には、手作りの温もりを感じるタイルを用い、流行に左右されず、長く愛される建物を目指した。

Apartment building built in the corner land. Utilizing the sky factor, we made plenty in the height direction, and made plans to make use of the goodness of the environment unique to the corner land. Also, on the exterior wall, we used a tile that feels homemade warmth, aiming for a long-loved building without being influenced by the fashion.
