渋谷区のランドセル販売店。職人が手作業で丁寧に創るランドセルに対して「巧みさ」をデザインしている。店舗入口には展示用のショーウィンドウを配置し、歩行者を店舗に誘引する。小さな坪数でも広さを感じられるようにスケルトン天井を採用し、奥壁面にはミラーを配置した。什器に関しては、それぞれ形の異なるランドセルに対応するために角度調整可能な什器を製作した。また、黒板塗装の壁面を用意し、黒板アートを子供たちの写真撮影用の背景として利用する。これを定期的に描き変えることで季節感を演出し、商品だけでなく思い出も提供し、大人にも子供にも居心地の良い空間となる。

A school bag store in Shibuya-ku. Designing “skillfulness” in regard to school bag created by craftsmen carefully by manual. At the entrance of the store, arrange a show window for showing and attract the pedestrian to the store. The skeleton ceiling was adopted so that even a small area could feel wider, and a mirror was placed on the back wall. Regarding furniture, we made angle-adjustable furniture to correspond to each different type of school bag. We also prepared the walls of blackboard paint and use blackboard art as background for children’s photography. By periodically rewriting this, we will create a sense of the season, offer memories as well as goods, and will be a comfortable space for both adults and children.
