国道１５号線沿いに建つファミリー向けの分譲マンション。厳しい日影規制をよけて出来た形をいかにスッキリと見せるかがデザインのテーマ。２色のタイルの使い分けにより複雑な構成の中からルールを作り出し、見え方をコントロールしている。内部空間については国道があることによる抜け感を最大限活かすことをテーマに構成している。

Condominium for families built along Route 15. The theme of the design is how to make clearly the shape which made possible by strict sunshine regulation. By using two color tiles properly, rules are created from a complicated composition, and the way of appearance is controlled. Regarding the internal space, the theme consists of making the best use of feeling omission due to the existence of highways.
