老舗和菓子屋の新築計画。旧店舗での慣れた使い勝手を引き継ぎつつ、キャパシティーをオーバーしていた在庫管理や発送待ち商品の管理など、顕在化していたネガティブな部分のみ改善した。店内の雰囲気は旧店舗を踏襲し、昔なじみのお客様にも違和感の無い内装とした。
A newly built plan of a long-established Japanese confectionary shop. While taking over the familiar user-friendliness at the old store, we improved only the negative part that was manifesting, such as inventory management that exceeded capacity and management of waiting items for shipment. The atmosphere in the shop follows the old shop, and it is decorated with no sense of discomfort even for old-age customers.
