都市生活者のための集合住宅。北側接道のため、南側の採光を優先して道路側に避難用の階段を配置していて、それが建物の外観を特徴づけている。またこの階段の効果で、道路から外廊下までに一定の距離がうまれ、それにより外廊下がより快適で開放感のある雰囲気になっている。１階部分の外壁は苔タイル仕上げとなっていて、街並に癒しと潤いを与えている。
